How long does it take to get a custom sign?

I ship all custom signs out approximately 3 weeks of your purchase date.

Signs are shipped USPS priority mail or UPS.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

How much is shipping?

Each sign has the shipping cost in the description, there is a discount for more then one item purchased at the same time.

How are my purchases shipped?

All Signs are packaged in a protective bubble wrap, Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS within 3 weeks of your order. If you require expedited shipping, please contact me for options. All orders are shipped to the address provided on your Paypal account. If you need it sent to another address you must change the address when checking out at the time of your order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. Refunds/exchanges are only offered if there is an error on my part or if an item is faulty. If an item is faulty you must contact me within 5 days of receipt for a refund/exchange.
